and now I’m going to share one way I smile, and that is through the women who lift me up and make me a better me 🧡

honestly, recovery isn’t easy. it never really has been until I learned that loving myself makes things easier. unfortunately, it’s not something I could just learn on my own. surrounding myself with others who know how to lift you up when you need it is how I got to where I am. one of those amazing humans who did just that is starving_to_strong ♥️ this girl, always sharing honesty, and always sharing words of encouragement. she also always shares recipes that I LOVE to create.

so something I have learned from her… if you’re struggling today, it’s okay! find what makes you happy, find someone who can help lift you up, find your reason to smile today! and then make these blondies ✌🏼
