Coconut Key Lime pound cake, can you say that five times fast? honestly, this was super easy to make and EXTRA delicious. plus, it’s gluten free. SAY WHAT?
Coconut Key Lime Pound Cake
1 safeandfair Key Lime Blondie Mix
1 C of Almond Flour
1/2 C of abbysbetter Key Lime Cashew
3/4 C of nutpods coconut creamer
1/4 C of Cane Sugar
1/4 C of Butter, melted
Mix all together. Pour into a greased Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let it cool. Once ready, drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze (just lakanto powdered sugar & almond milk), plus add coconut flakes! Enjoy!
