because we all deserve cake on a Friday 👏🏼 you have made it through the week, woohoo! that deserves cake, honestly.

someone gave me advice yesterday and I want to share with you… “instead of saying I have to do this, replace it with I get to do this.” even when it’s something bad, my mind is going to start saying “I get to help Sadie learn not to have an accident,” “I get to go through this learning process with Brady,” “I get to feel my feelings and also remember they will pass.” saying things like this shifts my focus towards gratitude, reducing the feeling of frustration and anger. I challenge you to apply to this today! happy Friday ♥️

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake
1 1/2 C of Almond Flour
1 1/2 C of pamelasproducts GF Flour
1 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 C of Cane Sugar
1/2 C of creamy lastofoods peanut butter
2 Eggs
1 drinkhappyviking Chocolate Protein Shake
1/4 C of Cocoa Powder

Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a 9×11 baking dish. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients together and stir until it is well incorporated.
Pour into your greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked all the way through. Top with missjonesbakes vanilla frosting (MARISSASWHOLELIFE saves you $$) and sprinkles!
