it’s funny how today’s recipe is totally thanks to bodybybreakfast and my message today was going to be about recovery. this girl has been a HUGE help for me. and as nervous as I am to share my story (why I am nervous I have no idea), I am also excited to share it because I’m hoping it helps and impacts others like Erin’s did for me. I will be sharing some of those questions later today and more this week because it’s a lot. But I want to leave you with one thing today…

now go make these delicious cinnamon sugar banana bread muffins and your Monday will start out perfect.
~ these are bodybybreakfast coffee cake muffins just turned into banana bread

Cinnamon Sugar Banana Bread Muffins
2 C of Almond Flour
1/3 C of Cane Sugar
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
2 Bananas
2 Eggs
1/4 C of Olive Oil
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Brown Sugar for topping

Preheat your oven to 350.
Grease a muffin pan.
Mix all of your ingredients together except the brown sugar. Pour into muffin pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until completely cooked! Enjoy!
