that is one thing I am grateful to cancer for, learning how to always count my blessings.

now for a shortbread recipe that is the perfect summer treat. happy Tuesday ♥️

Lemon Pistachio Shortbread Bites
2 C of Almond Flour
1 C of Cane Sugar
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 C of meltorganic Butter, melted
1 tsp of Lemon Extract
2 Tbsps of almond milk

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease an 8×8 baking pan.
Mix your ingredients together. Press into baking pan. Top with more cane sugar and micheles_granola Lemon Pistachio Granola (the BOMB). Bake for 20-25 minutes, cut and enjoy.
