Salted Caramel Gingerbread Oatmeal Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich

1 C of Almond Flour
2 C of Rolled Oats
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 c of cane sugar
1 Egg
1/4 C of Coconut Oil
1/4 C of picnikshop Creamer
1 tsp of Gingersnap Seasoning
1 tsp of Cinnamon
2 Tbsps of Molasses

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix all of your ingredients together and scoop out into cookie dough balls onto parchment paper.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown!
Let them cool and then fill them with salty caramel dinocidairyfree ice cream 😍
