Salted Caramel Shortbread Cups
1 1/2 C of Almond Flour
1/4 C of ancientnutrition Salted Caramel Bone Broth
~ (MARISSASWHOLELIFE20 saves you $$)
3 Tbsps of melted coconut oil
1/4 C of agave
1/2 tsp of vanilla
a pinch of sea salt
mix your batter together to form your dough. stick in the fridge for about an hour.
grease a muffin pan and once dough is ready, press batter into muffin tin (leave enough room for chocolate) and bake at 350 for about 12-15 minutes.
allow to cool completely before topping with your chocolate choices: I used lilys_sweets dark chocolate and white chocolate. both taste AMAZING! then add some pretzels, which I used those butter toffee pretzels from traderjoes 👏🏼
