have you sat around the table yet with friends or family and everyone says their highs and lows of 2020? I’ve done it twice now. it’s funny how everyone says the same or very similar things.

so as a Tuesday reminder. we have all experienced highs and lows this year. and unfortunately, a lot of us are experiencing the same ones. everyone is going through something, whether you know it or not. keep spreading love and cheer every single day. we are all in this together.

now for a new recipe that I am so excited about. remember I said one goal I have is to try new things, well I went ahead and started it now. I introduce to you Lavender Honey Banana Bread… and OMG ✌🏼

Lavender Banana Bread
2 Bananas
1 Egg
1/2 C of Organic Cane Sugar
1/4 C of stubbees Lavender Honey
1 C of Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1/2 C of Almond Flour
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 tsp of pelindabalavender Fresh Lavender (optional)

Cinnamon Honey Lavender Glaze
1/4 C of Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsps of picnikshop Creamer
1 Tbsp of Lavender Honey
1 tsp of Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a bread loaf pan with coconut oil.
In a large mixing bowl, using your hand mixer, mix together the bananas, egg, cane sugar and honey.
Add in both flours, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well.
Fold in vanilla extract and fresh lavender.
Pour into bread loaf pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until completely cooked.

*Optional – top with cinnamon honey lavender glaze. Just mix the ingredients and drizzle over bread!
