having goals in life is healthy, I think it makes me work hard for something I want or in this case, something I want to try. I bake a lot with almond flour, but one of my goals is to start experimenting with other flours, like onedegreeorganics sprouted whole wheat flour!

this company is an all organic brand, and all products are always non-GMO, and verified by the Non-GMO Project. PLUS, their flours include ancient and sprouted grains for boosted health and easy digestion. YES PLEASE ♥️

here’s a tasty cookie recipe that is just honestly delicious at any time! I hope you all had an AMAZING Christmas and you enjoyed all kinds of yummy foods!!!

Pecan Brownie Cookies
1 1/2 C of onedegreeorganics Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 C of Cocoa Powder
1/2 C of Cane Sugar
1 tsp of Baking Soda
1/4 C of Olive Oil
1 Egg
1/4 C of picnikshop Creamer
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 C of lilys_sweets Chocolate Chips
1/2 C of Pecan Pieces

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix together until your cookie dough forms. Scoop cookies onto baking sheet.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven. Cookies should chewy and soft with a taste/texture between a brownie and a chewy cookie!
