honestly, these may very well be the best little treats I have made and just want to make more. inspired by the vegan Swiss rolls from upbeetandkaleingit, I made some no bake snickerdoodle Swiss rolls and OH BOY. they are sooooo tasty 👌🏼 I’m about to eat the whole darn bag.

sooo highly recommend making, they’re super easy and I think I’m gonna go ahead and make some more!

Snickerdoodle Swiss Rolls
1 C of Almond Flour
1/2 C of nuzest_usa Smooth Vanilla
1/2 C of grounduppdx Cinnamon Snickerdoodle
1/3 C of Agave
1 tsp of Cinnamon

Cream cheese frosting from missjonesbakes

Mix all of your ingredients together except the cream cheese frosting. A cookie dough type batter should form. On a sheet of parchment paper, roll dough out into a rectangle. Spread cream cheese frosting over cookie dough. Roll to make your Swiss roll. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes or until hard enough to slice. Once it’s ready, slice it up and enjoy!
