it’s been a hot minute since I’ve shared a cookie recipe, so here it comes. annnnnnd it’s a VERY good one!

if a snickerdoodle cookie and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie merged together, it would probably be a pretty good cookie. well, there isn’t a probably here because that’s essentially what this is BUT almond style 👏🏼 thanks to the cinnamon vanilla butterflysuperfood butter, it made the flavor combo easy to create! so so so tasty, highly recommend trying it out!!

Cinnamon White Chocolate Almond Chunk Cookies
2 1/4 C of Almond Flour
3/4 C of Cane Sugar
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/4 C of Agave
1/2 C of butterflysuperfood Cinnamon Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 lilys_sweets White Chocolate Bar
1/2 C of Chopped Almonds

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, mix all of your ingredients together until your cookie dough forms. Scoop onto baking sheet. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, you want them gooey! Enjoy warm 😍
