it’s Friday, the birds are chirping outside the window right now and the sun is shining through. pretty sure I had a 360 mindset shift overnight and I’m okay with it.

this morning, while at the gym, something felt different. something made me feel like I was finally ready to be me, myself and I. something made me feel almost invincible, like I am truly ready for all things life. not sure what it is, but I left the gym smiling so big and ready to come home and kiss my pups and Brady. pretty sure it’s going to be a good day ♥️

soo with all that to say, let’s eat cookie cake with frosting and sprinkles 👏🏼

White Chocolate Confetti Cookie Cake
1 C of birchbenders Confetti Pancake Mix
1 C of Almond Flour
1 C of Cane Sugar
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/2 C of drinkhappyviking Vanilla Bean Shake
1/4 C of abbysbetter Vanilla Chai Almond Butter
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/2 C of White Chocolate Chips
Sprinkles
missjonesbakes Frosting

Preheat your oven to 350. Grease a 9×9 brownie pan and set aside.
Mix everything together except frosting.
Pour into the brownie pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy but soft in the inside. Once it’s cooled, frost and add more sprinkles! Enjoy!
