layers, on layers on layers ✌🏼
have you ever thought about life like each stage is a layer. each stage or layer of life makes you stronger, makes you better, makes you grow. so as you build a layer, it only makes you a better you. it’s kind of like this layered dessert. the more layers the better. the more layers the stronger the flavor. the more layers, the more it grows. the more layers, the better each bite gets. and when you reach that top layer of your life or in that moment, you know you succeeded. and that is the same here, because that too layer of melted jojos makes it all that much tastier 🙃
this is a recipe inspired by my girl danishealthyeats. If you don’t her, you should. She’s incredible and she is a HERO and so is her boyfriend. Also, these layers did not disappoint 💓
Graham Cracker Peanut Butter Bark
1 C of Almond Flour
1/2 C of Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg & ginger
1 Tbsp of Molasses
1/3 C of Cane Sugar
1/3 C of melted coconut oil
2 Tbsps of Almond Milk
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 C of peanut butter
1/2 C of Cane Sugar
1/4 C of pbfit.official Peanut Butter Powder
2 Tbsps of Coconut Oil
2 Tbsps of Agave
Melted Chocolate, I used jojos peanut butter delight (MARISSASWHOLELIFE10 saves you $$)
– for layer 1, mix all ingredients together and press into a grease 8×8 brownie pan. bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes or until crispy. set aside and cool!
– for layer 2, mix all ingredients together and pour over the Graham cracker crust. place in freezer for about 10 minutes.
– for layer 3, melt your choice of chocolate and pour over the peanut butter layer. place back in the freezer, and when it’s ready, slice and enjoy!
