ohhhh boy, do I have a delicious breakfast bread for you 👏🏼 one thing I have enjoyed more than anything is creating new recipes, with new ingredients and flavors, and it results in something oh so tasty.
I have so enjoyed baking with pamelasproducts, especially their gluten free baking and pancake mix. We use it for pancakes, and I use it for all of my baked goods. And let me tell you, this bread is something you will want to try!
Maple Oatmeal Breakfast Bread
1 1/2 C of pamelasproducts Gluten Free Pancake & Baking Flour
1/2 C of Rolled Oats
1 Box of Tofu
1 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 C of Cane Sugar
1 tsp of Maple Extract
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a bread loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix until a bread batter forms. Pour into a bread loaf pan and place in the oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
Slice, spread some butter and enjoy!
