okay because I saw bodybybreakfast say this on her stories, I’m sharing another carrot cake recipe. anyone else agree carrot cake should be a year round thing? 🙋🏻‍♀️

April is earth month and I am celebrating with my favorite oats, onedegreeorganics 👏🏼 These rolled oats are organic, certified gluten-free oats offer more energy and easy digestion at breakfast, for baking, or crafting your own recipes. And they are PERFECT for these vegan carrot cake oatmeal breakfast bars!!!

Vegan Carrot Cake Breakfast
1 C of Almond Flour
1 C of onedegreeorganics Rolled Oats
1/2 C of Cane Sugar
2 tsps of Baking Powder
2 Flax Eggs
1/2 C of Almond Milk
1/4 C of olive oil
1/2 C of shredded carrots
1/2 c of chopped walnuts
Cinnamon, Allspice and Nutmeg

Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a 9×9 brownie dish. Set aside!
Mix all of your ingredients together and stir until well incorporated. Pour into your baking dish. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Cut, slice and enjoy warm 😋
