one thing I want for you today is to walk around being proud of yourself for everything you have ever accomplished. maybe today, that is waking up 5 minutes before your alarm; maybe today that is drinking more water; maybe today it’s cooking a meal you’ve been dying to try. It doesn’t matter what it is, just remember to be proud of yourself instead of being so hard on yourself. your body loves you for who you are, so give it some love back ♥️

now, one of my continuous favorite recipes is from my girl thekellykathleen and I am in love with this easy recipe!

Vanilla Cake Oatmeal Bars
2 C of Rolled Oats
1 C of bloomsupps Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 C of Agave
1/2 C of revivalfoodco Vanilla Sea Salt Almond Butter
1 lilys_sweets White Chocolate Bar
Valentines Day Sprinkles

Mix all ingredients together except the white chocolate and sprinkles.
Press batter into an 8×8 brownie pan.
Place in the freezer.
Remove from freezer, cut into bars and dip into your melted white chocolate and then add your sprinkles!
