remember that pasta salad you used to eat when camping or at the summer pool parties. maybe it’s just me, but this pasta salad is a total take me back to the good old days moments. except it’s my twist instead of my moms 😅
also, brady told me the other day “your account should be called, marissas breakfast and dessert life since that’s all you post.” 🙄 soooo we’re going to try out this pasta salad today and see if you like it!
Italian Sausage Pasta Salad
1 lb of cooked pasta (eatbanza is featured)
3 Italian sausage links
1/2 sweet onion, diced
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 Red Pepper, diced
1 can of Olives
Agave, Salt, Pepper
In a large skillet sauté the sausage and onions together until cooked. Add in agave, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Cool your pasta, set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add in the sausage mixture, peppers, olives and pasta. Stir to combine ingredients.
Now let’s make Italian dressing!
1/2 C of Olive Oil
1/4 C of White Vinegar
2 Tbsps of Lemon Juice
Italian Seasoning to taste
Mix it all together and then pour over pasta mixture. Stir and set in fridge for a few hours to get the salad cold! Enjoy!
