something I’ve learned from being away from home for a few days is go with the flow. it’s been nice to just go with the flow for a bit. especially when it comes to food and meals.

for the first time in a VERY long time, I had real spaghetti and real meatballs with parmesan cheese. no counting, no ingredients list, none of that. just a bowl of yummy food and a thank you for the person providing it. sometimes, we need moments like this in our life, and I’m celebrating it!

Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake
1 box of missjonesbakes organic vanilla cake mix
1 C of GF flour
4 Eggs
1 box of vanilla pudding mix
1/3 C of olive oil
3/4 C of water
1/4 c of lemon juice
1 C of blueberries

Preheat your oven to 325.
Grease a Bundt cake pan.
Mix all of your ingredients together and pour into your Bundt cake pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Slice and enjoy!
