the definition of being strong is not associated with the number of reps you can do or the amount of weight that is on the bar. at least, not in my dictionary.

yes I increase my weight and amount of reps, and yes it means that I’m getting stronger. but for me, at the end of the day, I’m only as strong as my mind wants me to be. when I feel strong mentally, everything else feels strong at the gym, in my home, and everywhere I step. remember to do things that make you feel strong mentally and physically, and ALWAYS remember to smile along the way ♥️

Carrot Cake Waffles 🧇
1/2 C of birchbenders
1/4 C of glutenfreeprairie oat flour
1 tsp of baking powder
2 Tbsps of coconut sugar
1/2 C of egg whites
1/4 C of shredded carrots
Cinnamon, Allspice & Nutmeg

Mix together. Pour into your heated waffle iron. Cook and top with more carrots, pecans, butter and syrup 👏🏼
