the pancakes I never knew I needed ✨
it’s been a long time since I have had pancakes that taste like my grandmothers. you know the real deal buttermilk batter. after playing around with a few batches for brady, I found my perfect recipe. and after making it this morning, I realized how much I missed a batch of legit buttermilk pancakes, and more importantly, how much my body needed something that wasn’t paleo or gluten free. learning balance is key, and it’s something I think I finally understand 🧡 happy Sunday!
1/4 C of melted butter
1/2 C of publicgoods all purpose flour
1 tsp of Baking powder
2 Tbsps of coconut sugar
2 Tbsps of almond milk
Mix together your ingredients. Pour onto your heated skillet. Make your pancakes and choose your toppings — for me, it was banana slices, safeandfair full stack granola, squarerootlife maple cinnamon almond butter, more butter and syrup ✌🏼
