these remind me of fall and they make me happy. I’m exhausted. Not physically but just mentally. Our world seems scary right now and I’m not sure what to think except that it’s mentally exhausting.

enjoy these snickerdoodle brownies that have the crispy top but chewy inside. they’re really good warmed up and topped with vanilla ice cream. just ask Brady 🤍

Snickerdoodle Brownies
2 C of Almond Flour
1 C of Coconut Sugar
1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tbsp of Cinnamon
1 Egg
1/2 C of Buttermilk (or almond milk)

Preheat your oven to 350. Grease an 8×8 brownie pan. Mix all of your ingredients together and pour into the brownie pan. Sprinkle with more coconut sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy on top. Enjoy!
