they say Christmas time is the most wonderful time of the year… and while I absolutely positively agree with that, I also believe that if you make versions of Christmas cookies ALL YEAR LONG, then the most wonderful time of year NEVER leaves 🤷🏻♀️
Peanut Butter & Jelly Oatmeal Blossom Cookies
1 C of bobsredmill Rolled Oats
1 C of Almond Flour
1/2 C of Cane Sugar
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 C of creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 C of Olive Oil
1/4 C of croftersorganic strawberry jam
ochocandy PB & Jelly Chocolates
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix all of your dry ingredients together. Add in all other ingredients and blend until your cookie dough forms. Scoop cookies onto baking dish and bake for about 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven, stick your ochocandy on top and immediately place in the fridge. Enjoy once they’re cooled and ready! ✨
