okay so I had a moment this morning when fear of the future began to creep into my thoughts. fear in itself is a scary thing. fear causes us to stop and never go any further. fear causes us to never reach our goals or dreams. fear causes us stress. fear, fear, fear. well, I realized I can’t control the future and so I needed to stop. the fear I had was overpowering an exciting time for me and I said NO WAY.
so a Wednesday reminder to you…
we can’t really control what happens today, tomorrow or the next day. some thing we can control, but not everything. what we can control is our minds. shift the mindset from fear to courage, and trust the process always. that’s my mindset today!
now go make some yummy treats and enjoy your day. aka, make these Birthday Cake Pancake Brownies and consider it a breakfast item 🙃
Birthday Cake Pancake Brownies
1 box of simplemills Pancake Mix
1/2 C of C of Organic Cane Sugar
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/4 C of revivalfoodco Vanilla Almond Butter
1/4 C of Olive Oil
1/4 C of picnikshop Creamer
1 tsp of Almond Extract
Sugar Cookie mmschocolate (optional, I had them leftover from Christmas)
Preheat your oven to 350.
Grease a 9×9 brownie pan.
Mix all of your ingredients together.
Pour into your brownie pan and top with more sprinkles!
Bake for 20-25 minutes, and enjoy!
