honestly, captions have been hard lately. the only why reason I can think of is because writing a caption takes a lot out of me. not because it’s a lot of words, but because my captions come from a place of pain, love, sadness, joy and more. sometimes it’s personal experiences, other times it’s observations of family and friends. whatever I write, just remember it always comes from the heart, and I always mean every word I say. my goal anytime I put words onto this platform is to inspire and to send love. you all are amazing and so is this recipe from wildlywholesome ♥️
ed her recipe for her almond flour blondies, but used olive oil instead of coconut oil and agave instead of syrup. so so good. added in lilys_sweets caramel chocolate bar and topped it with more melted lilys_sweets and salted pretzels. it taste like a Twix bar in a brownie version 🤩
almond flour twix bars
2 Tbsps of olive oil
1/4 c of butterflysuperfood classic
1/4 c of agave
1 1/2 c of almond flour
1/2 c of cane sugar
1 tsp of baking soda
1 lilys_sweets caramel chocolate bar, chopped
Preheat your oven to 350 and grease a brownie pan.
Mix all of your ingredients together.
Pour into greased pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Once cooled, top with melted chocolate and salted pretzels.
