yesterday I was on a radio show talking about my journey with cancer. they asked me “what would you tell people right now who are facing things that are scary in life?”

I said… don’t live in fear. You have ONE life to live, just one, so live it to its fullest potential and never look back. Fear is scary in itself, and when we live in fear, we miss out on so much. And so that is what I’m telling all of you today ✨

and now for salted chocolate chip gingerbread cookies because chocolate and gingerbread are a very good combo.

2 C of Almond Flour
1/2 C of Sugar
2 tsps of Baking Powder
1/4 C of Coconut Oil
1 Egg
1 Tbsp of wholesomesweet Molasses
1 tsp of Gingersnap Seasoning
1/2 C of lilys_sweets Chocolate Chips
Sea Salt

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together except the sea salt. Scoop the cookie dough onto your parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 12-15 minutes & enjoy! 🧡
